About the Space

We built this house optimising the space allowance, hence building most of it basement level, with 2 open staircases leading down with void spaces and lantern lights above, allowing the basement floor to flood with light, the basement level is largely concrete walls with tiled feature walls, one of the tiles is rust and the other look like soft leather. The interiors are contemporary with slight industrial feel, all the lighting downstairs is Studio Italia and Buster and Punch, with bo concept furnishings. We have a discreet butlers kitchen / bar area behind the TV in the basement living space. 3 of the bedrooms are ensuite with the children sharing a bathroom, We also have a full shower room and sauna in the gym. So a total of 5. bathrooms and two WC The kitchen is open plan stretching out to a playroom and garden room, from the kitchen we have a void area that looks out over two floors on to a sunken courtyard and back garden. Off the playroom we have a further internal courtyard space. Tucked away in the back garden is a sunken hot tub. The master bedroom has an open plan marble bathroom, sliding doors leading to a balcony looking over the garden, Separate toilet and small walk in closet.
