About the Space
This is a studio space with soundproofing that can be used for recording music or any audio/sound work. The space is inside a large private home with parking in the driveway on a private street. In the past it has been used for music lessons and audio/sound design work. You would have access to a bathroom and a kitchen. I am looking for a monthly rental rather than a daily/hourly rental. You would need to supply the equipment, equipment is not included, this is purely a room rental.
