About the Space

This unique large space is inside a 100 year old dairy barn located on a small farm just a few minutes outside of Snohomish. Great for interior and exterior photography and video shoots. It sits on a very private 2 acres. The Downstairs has 3 large doors that open for breeze, light, and easy load in and load out. Beautiful private location perfect to inspire creativity! Space can comfortably host 50 people, 100 maximum. Space is ideal for: • Photo shoots • Family sessions (Photographers- mini-sessions are welcome) • Headshots • Editorial shoots • Product shoots • Newborn shoots • Video Shoots (This space is not soundproof) • Creative Space for writing, painting, and crafts • Small elopements and weddings (please contact host for pricing before booking) This rental includes access to the large barn downstairs and upstairs, Little Barn, and playground. You are also welcome to photograph and film around the garden, pumpkin patch, and fruit trees, but we ask that you not enter into the garden areas. Portable restroom and outdoor sink located behind the large barn. Greenery and decorations are subject to change depending on the season.
