Previously used as an insurance office, it is a blank canvas for your production needs. A large rear asphalt parking lot allows for many crew members and production vehicles. The whole building was remodeled in 2009 and currently is set up with two private offices, two restrooms and a large open area that would serve well for either additional desks or retail shelving. There is a long counter separating the spaces which allows for an abundance of storage as well as convenient work space.
