FOR PHOTOGRAPHY USE : This space is only for small portrait shooting only located in the basement of this property(WHICH MEANS THERES NO NATURAL LIGHT , THERE ARE SOFTBOXES LIGHTS) i recommend you use a 18mm lens or lower if needed! backdrops are only sky blue and red at the moment more will be arriving soon. - There is a bathroom located on the same floor as the space you are using. - There is central air available (PLEASE NOTE IT GETS COLD IN THE BASEMENT SO I RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE HEAT BETWEEN - 74-77 DEGREES) - There is a stool and chairs available for use PLEASE TREAT THIS SPACE WITH RESPECT AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN. - There is WiFi available. - There are sanitizing wipes available for use. - There is alexia or speakers available for music - There is a huge mirror available when shooting. please reach out to me for any other questions about this space.
