Small Gallery venue in Wynwood for Miami Art Week

About the Space

Space available for week rental ONLY from December 1st to December 6th during Miami Art Week. We offer a flexible, light-filled space of approximately 300 square feet available for weekly rental, ideal for art shows, solo exhibitions, pop-up experiences, corporate events, brand activations, cocktail receptions, and intimate social gatherings. Our venue is located in Wynwood, Miami’s main arts district, just a short walk from the Design District, placing your work at the heart of the city’s creative energy. The ceiling is 12 feet high, and the space offers a box design with gallery lightings, air conditioning and wifi. Walls have white color paint up to the ceiling. We offer two moving walls to have extra space to exhibit or to divide the space. There is a glass wall entrance directly to the main street and also a connection door inside to access the gallery. There is also a bar section/kitchenet and bathroom available for use, which becomes very handy when having vernissages or private cocktails. Additional Liability Insurance Requirement: For any gallery rental lasting more than one day, the renter must provide a certificate letter of additional liability insurance covering the rental period. This space does not provide insurance coverage for pop-up events. Renters are solely responsible for obtaining their own insurance to cover any theft, damage, loss, or liability related to their event. The furniture and pedestals in the images are available for use on-site for an extra fee once you rent the space. Any need of a gallery attendant or waitress could be arranged for an extra fee per hour.
