Clean, open 6,000 sq foot studio space including: private restrooms, kitchen with coffee maker, water cooler, microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of space for paper sweeps and full room sets. Seating areas, workstations, WiFi, AC, rolling hair and makeup stations, expandable dressing room, & more. Rent the entire 6,000 studio or we can cut the shooting area in half with a blackout curtain. The remaining 3,000 sq ft space again includes the kitchen and restrooms. 6,000 sq ft - Rental is $300 per hr 3,000 sq ft - Rental is $200 per hr Rental hrs are typically 8am-5pm We can accommodate any shoot schedule including off hours or longer.
