About the Space
Located in the small town of Val Verde--Castaic, California ***it is included in the 30 mile zone*** The 200 acre ranch is a hidden, secluded gem yet only 12 minute drive from the 5 FRWY/126 HWY Newhall Ranch Road Exit. The home was built in 1911 and is situated 2,000 feet from the main entrance and features three bedrooms, 2 baths a wood burning fireplace in a rustic Santa Fe style, Parking facilities for many vehicle including heavy equipment. Four large base camps to choose from and a Heliport landing strip. The property is situated in a beautiful rural setting nestled among many mature Oak Trees, beautiful valleys with mountaintop mini pads for lighting and camera setting. Some mountaintops with pads reaching 2000 plus feet of elevation with amazing views.
