About the Space
Backyard features a lap pool and jacuzzi tub (with lighting and water jet features), seating area, cabanas, concrete and turf with landscaping. Currently only the outdoor areas are available for rent. Interior (large, white chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a wine closet) may be negotiated as an add-on to a booked shoot/production. Film Shoots will be an extra $25 per hour over the listed Photoshoot price. We can discuss a flat rate for 5+ hours. Site Manager not always required (negotiable).
