The space that is for rent is the spacious backyard only and not the bungalow. 1939 bungalow is located in Pasadena. This lovely place is available for all sorts of photography, filming, events, tea parties, etc. Quaint 1930's cottage bungalow nestled amongst shaded trees and the majestic San Gabriel Mountains. This lush space has natural lighting surrounded with bamboos and tropical plants , 3 fountains and sometimes you’ll get to hear the songs the wind chimes play . The BACKYARD has a TROPICAL/ Rustic/BOHEMIAN feel but you can dress it anyway and it remains a peaceful oasis
