The backyard offers a mix of patios, garden paths, and shaded seating areas surrounded by established greenery. There’s a brick patio lounge, a wooden deck with a small bistro setup, open lawn space, and several garden pockets that give the yard texture and variety for shoots or gatherings. The layout has good flow for crews, with room to stage gear and move between areas easily. It works well for photo and film shoots, workshops, or non-party events. When the full yard and patios are used together, the space can hold up to 150 people. No parties, DJs, or alcohol. Backyard use only.
