This lovely Victorian is a "Shabby Chic" haven with beautiful touches of French country & upscale "shabby chic" and is light and bright. A peaceful, mindful space, dotted with antique and vintage furniture throughout in a tasteful way! Fully functional kitchen, new bathroom and wooden floors throughout. The backyard has a patio and pergula with grapevine growing and a "messy English/French" garden with a picnic table, curtains and BBQ grill. It can be rented in full - it has 3 bedrooms (1 chic decorated study and 2 rooms with double beds). One bedroom is on-suite. Lots of space! Fab location within walking distance (one block!)
