Rental hourly rate includes cruise around Marina Oxnard. Yacht could be brought to Marina Del Rey for additional flat rate $1500. General Rules COI requires for all bookings. Our rates based on amount of people, starting at $299/ hour for small groups. All booking start and end times are inclusive of load-in and strike time, so please include that in your reservation. Overtime: If your production runs past your booked time, you will be charged time and 1/2 per Peerspace policy. Nails, tape, pushpins, clamps, etc. should not be used on any walls, doors, beam, or woodwork. Any use of fake blood, confetti, glitter, feather will insure additional cleaning fees. Anything relating to fire (smoking, candles, etc.) is not allowed. Renter accept full responsibility for any damages to the property incurred during the time of renter's booking as a result of Renter's production. We ask that your stay remains within the boundaries of the property and does not disturb neighbors. No drugs. No adult shooting. Plumbing: Please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper. Do not use dishes otherwise you will be charged $50 No shoe policy. Please leave the space in condition that you found it.
