The building has 3 apts, this is the Penthouse apt. It is located 10 houses east of the beach in Marina del Rey. It is literally steps the Venice canal, with the beach across the street. Best feature here is the rooftop deck. Also, I have a 1957 Tbird that can be used for a photo shoot only. It can be driven by anyone other than myself.
