About the Space

Our 10-year established clinic is renting up to 2 dedicated or 3 shared rooms in a peaceful, health-forward suite featuring a shared lobby, front desk, kitchen with sink, and storage room. Within the suite, you’ll have access to purified water, HEPA air filtration, microwave, refrigerator, Sonos sound, soft lighting, storage, and quiet people. Your clients or patients will be graced with birdsongs from the live atrium and a bubbling waterfall as they enter the hallway that leads to our first-floor suite. This is an ADA compliant, secure building with a perimeter that is locked after hours, locked bathrooms, a paid garage, paid street parking and free neighborhood parking one block away. We are also offering dedicated monthly rentals, or furnished shared rentals with a massage table, rolling stool, client chair, and supply table. Rooms can accommodate therapists, chiropractors, ND/DOs, acupuncturists, body workers, aestheticians, intuitive practitioners, energy healers, bookkeepers, product photographers, or the like. We may have space for a PT as well, depending on equipment size. We have rooms of various square footage with and without windows. Our suite has at least 5 more years on the lease. Each shared room is $125 per day with discounts offered for multiple days and/or rooms.
