This open-concept studio features two distinct rooms separated by a half wall with a sink and cabinets. Designed as a serene and welcoming space, the studio features sage green walls, a soft blue ceiling, ceiling fans, wall sconces, fairy lights, plants, and original artwork throughout. West-facing windows fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful sunset views. The larger room comfortably accommodates small gatherings of up to 20 people and is ideal for yoga or movement classes, sound baths, small dance groups, workshops, and other wellness-focused events. The second room functions as a small gym equipped with a cable machine, full rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, and weight plates. With proper insurance, the space may also be used for private or small-group strength training. Located on the second floor of a thoughtfully repurposed elementary school, the studio offers a large parking lot, easily accessible bathrooms, a barrier-free entrance, and elevator access.
