About the Space
65 permanent seats 4 wheelchair slots (6 regular chairs may replace any unused slots at no additional charge) Five feet between rows. Stadium seating style, one step up per row. If projection is wanted with filming, it will be booked with standard screening rates. Monday - Friday Rate Early Morning/Late Night - $350/hr screening rate, $300/hr filming rate (10pm-8am) Morning (8am-Noon) - $450/hr screening rate, $400/hr filming rate Afternoon (Noon-4pm) - $500/hr screening rate, $450/hr filming rate Evening - $550/hr screening rate, $500/hr filming rate (4pm-10pm with one exception see Premium) Premium - $600/hr screening rate, $550/hr filming rate (Tues-Thurs, 2 hour minimum: 7pm-10pm) Saturday/Sunday Rate Daytime/Late Night - $350/hr screening rate, $300/hr filming rate ( 8am-4pm & 10pm-8am) Evening - $450/hr screening rate, $400/hr filming rate (4pm-10pm) Parking Space: Underground below building. Mon-Fri between 7am and 5pm - $9.25 per car. After 5pm and all day Sat and Sun - Free validated parking.

This was a great find at such short notice! This worked perfectly for a small crew to film a quick horror scene inside a really authentic looking theater. Good luck getting permits and location fees for a Regal theater at this price point!! Keep in mind you will have to work with the owner beforehand about parking and food and drink on property. There were extra fees we weren't expecting and not included in the original quote. Just be sure to ask about those before you book. All in all, great spot and communication with management was quick and efficient. Thanks to the Sepulveda Screening Room and staff for working with us!
