Please contact Host for Custom rate. Unless listed otherwise, all times are one-hour minimum. Please note, the reduced filming rates are for NO PROJECTION. If projection is wanted with filming, it will be booked with standard screening rates. Monday - Friday Rate Early Morning/Late Night - $300/hr screening rate, $250/hr filming rate (10pm-8am) Morning (8am-Noon) - $400/hr screening rate, $350/hr filming rate Afternoon (Noon-4pm) - $450/hr screening rate, $400/hr filming rate Evening - $500/hr screening rate, $450/hr filming rate (4pm-10pm with one exception see Premium) Premium - $600/hr screening rate, $550/hr filming rate (Tues-Thurs, 2 hour minimum: 7pm-10pm) Saturday/Sunday Rate Daytime/Late Night - $300/hr screening rate, $250/hr filming rate ( 8am-4pm & 10pm-8am) Evening - $400/hr screening rate, $350/hr filming rate (4pm-10pm) Parking Space: Underground below building. Mon-Fri between 7am and 5pm - $9.25 per car. After 5pm and all day Sat and Sun - Free validated parking.

What a great experience! I screened my first short film here and they were so helpful and knowledgeable on the files and formats best suited for a screening (which was a big help to this first time film maker). The projectionists for both my test and the actual screening were so nice and made sure everything ran smoothly!
