About the Space
If you are looking for a mid-sized room that is ideal for training sessions, corporate get-togethers, retreats, brainstorming sessions, or as a breakout from the larger Event Hall just across the hallway, then Seminar Room C is a great choice. Well-lit and airy, it brings out the best for participants during every type of meeting. It is also ideal as extra dining space for keynote sessions and large corporate meetings taking place in the Event Hall, or as exhibition space related to a larger event. It makes a great space for video shoots and photography, as one can close the doors and have separation from the rest of our Conference Center. It’s one of NY’s most multifunctional and popular rooms, with access to the double-wide corridor for buffet-style dining, as well as Meeting Room 2 which can function as a smaller breakout or green room for VIPs for large events. We offer a variety of different configurations including but not limited to: Classroom: up to 44 Boardroom: up to 28 U-Shape: up to 26 Workgroup: up to 32 Theater: up to 70 If you’d like a blank canvas for your video or photo shoot, then the room can be left empty. Our space includes: A doorman during business hours 24-hour freight access Free Wi-Fi Catering is available upon request Onsite tech support An airy loft-style atmosphere 2 large screen TVs: 1x 86” + 1x 65” Whiteboards are available upon request Seminar Room C is booked only for full-day (9AM to 5PM) and evening (6PM to 10 PM) rates; hourly rates are not available except upon special arrangement.
