About the Space

If your goal is to have a mid-sized room that is at the same time intimate, with minimal distractions and good acoustics for video conferencing and live streaming, then Seminar Room B is ideal. It works well for groups of 12 to 40 where you want to feel connected for your training, board room meetings, marketing displays, or sales pitches. With a frosted clerestory that lets in good light, but maintains privacy, it can function as a stand-alone space, or as a green room, seating for dining and buffet, or after-event networking for the adjoining Event Hall with which it shares an entrance. It’s a very popular choice for small photo shoots and filming sessions that require privacy and good sound characteristics. We’re located in the heart of Chelsea and the Flatiron District with easy access to most major train lines including the F, M, R, W, 1, 6, E, C, and PATH. We’re also near the 23rd Street crosstown bus. Seminar Room B is booked only for full-day (9AM to 5PM) and evening (6PM to 10 PM) rates; hourly rates are not available except upon special arrangement.
