*This space is an active warehouse with day to day activities. A location scout will be required before booking approval
*We are a creative space and regularly alter and update spaces. If you want any changes to the space please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
*This location is a large warehouse setting without central heating or cooling. Small heaters and fans may be available upon request. Please request it before the day of shoot.
*This location is not soundproof, and therefore may not be ideal for productions that require absolute perfect silence. Even still there have been many successful shoots where audio has been recorded.
