About the Space
The home was built in 1945 and still retains all its old Hollywood style and charm. It is located on a quiet residential street with plenty of street parking and no permitting or parking requirements. There is easy access to the pool through double doors that can fit large items, or through the side gate into the backyard. The yard is incredibly lush with lots of dappled light. It has a long deck that spans the entire width of the yard and a built in corner lounge area. The pool is heated, making it usable all year round. It has three steps flanking each side, making for amazing scenes for lounging, playing around or looking beautiful. It's lined with brick, shaded with beautiful trees, surrounded by lush greenery and sits right next to our grass lawn. We look forward to sharing our home with you and hopefully providing an amazing backdrop to your vision.
