This room is perfect for meetings, small rehearsal scenes, or could be converted into an academic or music office. There is a large balcony with a fire escape, overlooking the back of the building. Small stairs on one side of the room lead up to a door. The fireplace is currently decorated with portraits. The piano can be used at an additional cost. There are windows on two sides. And there is a small walk in closet space as well as an adjoining bathroom. Furnished with chairs and a couch, the floor is carpet.
