This contemporary Brooklyn space comprises approximately 1800 sf of living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom, study/guest bedroom, teen room, entertainment space, 2.5 bathrooms and an additional 800 sf private backyard. With easy access the back of the space looks out to a private backyard, while the front faces a quiet residential street. Currently only allowing 10 or less in the space - please do not reach out if your request is for more than 10 people - thanks! It is conveniently located in prime Greenpoint, Brooklyn, a 3-minute walk from the Greenpoint G subway stop, well served by taxis, buses and Citi Bikes, and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and hotels. RULES - PLEASE READ -No parties. -We have a no shoes policy: the crew can wear shoe covers / booties or socks. The talent can wear shoes only while on camera. -All props and equipment must be appropriately padded to avoid scratching the floors. -Take pictures before starting so you know where to put things back. -Everything must be put back on its original place. -All furniture can be moved and re arranged except for the kitchen appliances. Please lift and do not drag. -The closets and kids rooms are off limits. -If you are using the bed, please bring your own bedsheets - queen and full size. -Please bring your own disposable towels for bathroom. -Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. -No smoking or fire making.
