Spanning over 4,000 square feet on a generous 7,500 square foot lot, our residence provides ample space for crew and equipment. A grand double-story glass entryway, coupled with a striking glass iron pivot front door, sets a welcoming tone for your production. Inside, you'll discover designer fixtures, exquisite tile work, and chic plaster accents and arches that exude sophistication in every frame. The master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a spa-like ensuite featuring a private patio, soaking tub, double vanity, make-up station, and his and her closets. Two children's bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom adorned with exposed plywood cabinets and striking black and white floor tiles. Custom benches doubling as bookcases and walk-in closets add character to the kids' quarters. For moments of recreation, our property boasts a custom Plywood family fun room with a neon sign and a vibrant mid-century sofa, perfect for capturing unique scenes.
