Recently fully renovated, this one story rustic minimal home is an interesting blend of Scandinavian, japanese and midcentury styles with neutral tones and textures amongst modern features. This home is ideal for fashion shoots, commercials or other film productions. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/dining room area, there are plenty of perfect moments for a shoot. Some special features include a built in couch, interior breeze block wall/planter and double sided flagstone fireplace. With a large pool, fire pit and grass lawn, this home is a dream to shoot indoor and outdoor. A line of skylights in the living area brings in loads of natural light as well as an interesting light pattern across the floor. There are several accent walls such as a roman clay painted wall, lime washed wall and breeze block wall. The bathrooms are fun, unique and design forward.
