Seasonal pricing:October – April (pool closed) $8,500 per month for housingMay – September (pool open) $9,500 per month for housing Additional information: • Property damage protection policy: $99 per stay • Security deposit: $2,500, refundable within 2 weeks of move-out assuming no damage • Bi-weekly cleaning fee will be added to contract for the duration of the rental: $250 per cleaning.
