The surrounding grounds add a gritty, authentic backdrop perfect for film and photo productions. Please submit a booking request with the following details as incomplete requests may delay booking confirmation: - Booking Subtype (Film, TV, Commercial, Photo, Music Video, etc.) - Total Hours Needed (including setup & clean up) - Project Description - Company Website and/or Social Media - Areas/Rooms Needed - Confirm a valid/verifiable COI will be provided. - Total Cast/Crew/Vendor/Attendee Count (please be accurate to avoid high overage charges) All event requests should include details regarding: DJ/Music, Cooking/Catering, Alcohol Bar/Free Pour, Age Range Of Guests, Bathroom Plans, Smoking, Children on site. MORE PROPERTY DETAILS Usage Policies: Hours: Operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Requests for extended hours can be discussed and accommodated as needed. Crew Meals: All renters should treat the property as an active set or studio. Crew meals will only be allowed to take place in the property’s designated eating areas or outdoors. Cleaning: The property interior and exterior must be returned in the same “broom-clean” condition it was delivered. Site Visits: We encourage tech scouts to plan your production more efficiently, and finalize any location approvals.
