This cabin is set in a rural location about 2 hours east of Downtown Los Angeles at 5,000'+ elevation with fresh, clean air and a panoramic view given the parcel's location at the top of a hill. The lot is on a cul de sac street that can allow for street parking in the short term.
OFFSITE MEETINGS: With the quiet ambience and wood burning fireplaces on both floors, this cabin is perfect to discuss performance reviews, visionary ideas and anything else your team desires!
EVENTS: This location rental offers a panoramic mountain view from multiple rooms as well as a rear balcony and patio area; the balcony and attractive backyard ambience are also ideal for an afternoon tea, a yoga video or to say your wedding vows (reception). The rear yard has 20+ fruit trees: peach, apricot, cherry, apple, nectarine, etc at this 5,000'+ elevation.
FILM PRODUCTIONS: With our view balcony and brick wood burning fireplaces, this cabin is perfect for your product commercials, magazine spreads, video backdrop to your yoga class or music video, movie scene(s) and anything else your team desires!
This 2,000 sq. ft. cabin is located on a 5,750 sq. ft. lot in the Cedarpines Park area of the unincorporated San Bernardino County area, just west of Lake Arrowhead and about 1.5 east of Downtown Los Angeles.

There is one restroom on the main level and a four stair deck entry with ramp available. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.
The new built in bookshelves on both floors could lend to a creative learning backdrop, given the props or books placed strategically behind on the shelving.

Rustic mountain getaway retreat for filming, commercials, daytime retreats, wedding, church or spiritual gatherings, etc, between 7am to 7pm daily. There is complimentary wifi, a bathroom, a kitchen, two sets of sliding glass doors for air flow as well as new French doors in the rear of the home. The exterior has a new roof, newer paint from 5 years ago, new front deck, new Celtic solid wood front door, new French drains, and security cameras. The interior has newer flooring from 5 years ago, newer paint, newer attic insulation, new copper plumbing, new wood stain for the ceiling's exposed wood beams, and two sets in newer built in book shelves that run about the entire length of their north walls.
The square footage includes 2000 square foot of gross living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, concrete flooring in the walk out basement and a blend of stained concrete, carpet and custom tile on the main level. There are also two brick, wood burning fireplaces, gas wall heaters, exposed beam ceilings, new casement and awning dual pane windows, a front and rear wood deck, five Mexican hand blown suspended glass lamps, a whole house water filtration system, one official parking space in the front and one unofficial second parking space if needed, as well as street parking on this cul de sac road.
