ALL OF THESE SETS ARE INCLUDED ⤵️ • 2000 soft Warehouse Music Venue Set • Backstage Dressing Room / Green Room Set (fully functional green room for Talent to utilize during shoots) • Cash Loan / Teller Booth Set • Electric Chair Set • Open Warehouse Set With Exposed Ceilings General Rules • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am - do no arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am - our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time. • Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl - and show up with 25ppl. • No smoking inside our warehouse (this includes weed and cigarettes) - if you want to smoke we have a $250 additional fee to waive this rule. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. The cleaning fee on the listing is simply our site rep fee that goes to our site rep who will be there on the day of the booking, Do not think that by paying the $89 cleaning fee that this excuses you from obeying this rule. • ABSOLUTELY NO SHOOTING outside of our warehouse. NO EXTERIOR / STREET SHOTS. If you need to get those shots go somewhere else. By renting our space you are renting the inside of our warehouse. that's it! We strictly enforce this rule, if we find you are trying to shoot in our lot or on the street directly in front of our location we will immediately cancel your booking with no refund. • No Loitering in the exterior parking lot. Other than initial gear load in / there should be no cast or crew in the parking lot for any reason. • No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our Site rep). • No Pyro of any kind (unless you have permit or a fire marshal present). • No Fake blood / No Squibs / No Color Smoke Bombs / No Glitter / Pillow feathers / - Failing to comply is an additional $250 cleaning fee. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "taillights" must be be within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8p to avoid being billed an extra hour. • NO pornography of any kind. • Haze & Smoke Machines are allowed. • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking. • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • A location manager from our team will be there during the whole duration of the booking to not only enforce these rules, but to ensure your shoot goes smoothly should you have any questions during your booking. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved Smoke machines are allowed No nudity allowed
