The lodge features cozy seating areas, a private cigar lounge with a smoke filtration system, a saloon-style bar, a mini kitchen, and multiple fireplaces. Guests can enjoy a game room upstairs and a variety of flexible seating options throughout the space. The layout allows for casual mingling, seated dining, or creative setups for content production. Cigar smoking is only allowed in the designated cigar lounge on the top floor, which is equipped with a smoke filtration system • Guests may bring their own alcohol (21+ only; please drink responsibly) • Outside catering and food delivery are allowed • No smoking outside of the designated cigar lounge • No open flames or confetti indoors • Please return furniture to its original setup before leaving • All trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins • Be respectful of the space, property, and neighborhood
