With seating for 15 to 20 guests, it's an experience that defies expectations, perfect for intimate gatherings, filming, and photo sessions. Explore additional offerings tailored to elevate your private event: Outdoor Patio Rental: Enhance your gathering with our outdoor patio space, complete with tables, chairs, and heat lamps, ideal for dining or providing a designated smoking area. Bar Concierge Service: Simplify your beverage planning with our Bar Concierge service, where we handle everything from alcohol procurement to mixers and garnishes, allowing you to focus solely on enjoying the festivities. Poker Night: Transform your event into a thrilling casino affair with our blackjack and poker table rentals, accompanied by professional dealers and all the essentials for a memorable gaming experience. Please adhere to our house rules, including minimum event durations and capacity limits: Productions and filming require a minimum duration of 10 hours, while all other events must meet a 5-hour minimum requirement. The speakeasy accommodates a maximum of 20 guests, with additional capacity limits for the back private room (55 guests) and the bar area (200 guests). ***For private events**** Alcohol and food services are available at an extra cost, dependent on the number of guests. All bookings are subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a refundable $1500 security deposit to cover any potential damages or overages. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 days following the event, barring any reported damages. Please allocate sufficient time for setup and breakdown, as early entries are not permitted. In the event of capacity exceedance, a fee of $50 per person over the allowed limit will be charged.
