About the Space
The castle is an historic wedding venue nestled on the edge of the North York Moors. The lawned area and the castle 14th century ruins are the perfect places to have your wedding photos taken. Our interiors include a 16th century Court Room which can hold up to 90 guests. We also have the Barn which boasts authentic wooden beams adorned with fairy lights, original 14th Century stonework, a varnished wooden floor and real wood-burning stove to create the perfect atmosphere. Our exteriors include a view of the Esk Valley and our castle ruins.
