About the Space
This is a historic farm and ranch located on 67 acres in the Texas Hill Country just outside of Johnson City, Texas. Our farmhouse is over 100 years old and has been updated. We also have a large bunkhouse, plus a patio breezeway with swing beds, bunk beds, and large gathering areas. We have a 2200 square foot Quonset hut pavilion (new build), an old barn and corral area, a rustic stage, a rustic bar, an outdoor dance floor, a hilltop gathering area with a large wooden sectional couch, and 25-mile views. We also have livestock (two alpacas and two longhorns), plus a stock tank-style swimming pool.
