About the Space
Welcome to our Greenpoint loft studio! We are a private, ground-floor studio located in the picturesque neighborhood of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our 1050 sq. ft studio space has an open-concept layout with white walls, sealed concrete floors, lofty ceilings, and south-facing windows. We keep to a minimalist color palette of whites, creams, blacks, wood tones – allowing anyone who rents our space to make it feel like their own. Right off the East River waterfront, we are a few steps away from a selection of neighborhood cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Williamburg is only a 15 minute walk or 7 minute drive and has a very expansive list of catering, prop, and wardrobe spots – something we find convenient for our clients. We are a multi-purpose studio perfect for (but not limited to): Photo / Video Shoots Private Events Co-Working / Meetings Workshops Rehearsals **Please contact us for further information on what is included in your rental! (Gear, studio assets, etc.) We would love to have lovely individuals/teams using our space when we are not on set or not in office. We have held studio sessions, rehearsal practices, birthday parties, networking events, film showings… and more to add of that list from you! Inquire about us today :-)
