Complete with a classic red barn, house, country cottage, 60,000-gallon pond with waterfall, parking for up to 300 cars, large trucks, flowering trees, roses, green grass, more than 60 trees, two garden parks with the forest as a backdrop. Great location for outdoor photography and filming, whether you're looking to shoot a rustic-elegant theme, or just want simple ranch scenery.
Our ranch is perfect for meetings and conferences, team building programs. We have audio/visual equipment, a large screen monitor, and indoor/outdoor speakers.
The ranch is perfect for weddings/celebrations which includes the entire property, country cottage, parks, gazebo, arbor, pond, and waterfall for the entire weekend.

We have tables and chairs for up to 125 people with white table cloths and gold-colored toppers. Depending on how large the event is, dumpsters and portable toilets must be ordered at the client's expense.
Pop Up Weddings: $5,000
Weddings: $10,000 Includes Friday load-in, Saturday event, and Sunday load-out.
Film Shoots: $2,500-$5,000
Photo Shoots: $350 per hour with a 4-hour minimum
Meetings with less than 50 persons: $1,000
Meetings with more than 50 persons $2,000
