Saddle Hill Farm, owned by our family since 1933. Lodging for crew of 10. Listed with a short term lodging site. Two film shoots done through listing with the NH Film Commission. Early 1800s farmhouse on 100 acres. Working farm with cows, chickens, tractors. Amazing views! Hayfields, flower garden, veggie garden. Dirt roads, rustic setting. Original fireplace with mantle now with a wood stove. Second wood fireplace in sitting room and one in main fl bedroom, not in use. Original wide plank floors. Two modern bathrooms and kitchen in 20th century wing of property. Great private location for film production, weddings, family reunion, group retreat.
