About the Space

The rustic design is unique, but gives you such a comfortable feeling. 1200 square feet with 16 foot cathedral ceilings and exposed beams in the main living area gives this space an open feel. Ceilings lined in rustic tin and tongue and groove wood give this new space a very rustic cozy feel. Live edge slab bar top, leather couches, wood adjustable dining table with leaf for 4 or 6. Outdoor fire pit. In a completely private setting on 5 acres. This is a guest house with access to the main home that features a game room, theater, bar/pub, and music gaming room, with guitars, slot machine, and tons of nick nack. We have a variety of props and furnishings available to provide the ideal setting for your production. This has been the location of several video productions including major country artist music videos, paramount video shoots, and more.
