Our rural retreat nestled away on the West Sussex/ Surrey Hills UK border. We have two houses, one three bed barn conversion and one bedroom annex. Our 22 odd acres are are all bordered by the river Arun in each field and are treelined with grand oak trees etc... We also have a WW2 pill box, a long gated private driveway 1/3 of a mile long, (also tree lined). We have x2 victorian railway brick built bridges, one being a rare double bridge with the river running underneath, stables, a mobile home, a agricultural barn, a campsite, bluebell woodland, streams, shower and toilet facilities (campsite), wash basins (outdoors) and a small pond.
