About the Space
Located in a rural area 25 miles southwest of Atlanta, this ranch house is set back from the street by a one-acre front yard. An additional two acres are in the back: three separate areas -- one small wooden fenced-in yard (with a chicken!), one 1/2 acre area, and one 1 acre pasture with a barn/stables. The property is surrounded by woods down one side, and behind the barn. Only one neighbor's house is visible from the property. While the exterior of this house is its shining star, there is a newly renovated basement apartment available for smaller shoots, and the interior of the main house has a couple of decent rooms for shooting, including a living room with exposed beams and a fireplace, and a front room with floor-to-ceiling bookcases.
