Excellent luxurious and elegant location for your next photoshoot, wedding, or video set! A large mansion located right on Niagara River pkwy drive. The mansions is equipped with a dock, available for boating as well. Huge high vaulted ceilings, and a fully equipped in home library features a beautiful spiral staircase and wood fireplace. The home comes with grand piano, karaoke and Movie room, Game room with pool tables, in-home bars, gorgeous large bathrooms with ornate bathtubs, beautiful sunny kitchen with direct views of the river, outdoor pool, and a beautiful front stone laid patio and rose garden. A long marble hallway in the main hall lined by french style windows with a blue frame light up the marble walk-way. A beautifully constructed chateau in french architectural style. In the months of june and july, the front yard rose garden is in full bloom. Full size roses in red, pink, and white highlight the front yard.
