About the Space

The office is divided into two parts the front is setup like and office and the back is a sewing studio with 4 sewing machines and one cutting table, that is where our bathroom is located as well. The space seems well-suited for office work, small team collaborations, and creative brainstorming sessions. It would be ideal for professionals in construction, design, or consulting industries. The setup allows for independent work as well as team collaboration. The layout features two distinct workstations and 1 big meeting table, with ample desk space and comfortable chairs. This setup provides flexibility—users can utilize one desk for administrative work and the other for creative or collaborative tasks. There's plenty of room for additional equipment like printers and monitors, which suggests a workspace that accommodates both digital and physical tasks. The office has a warm, professional atmosphere with wood flooring and sleek furniture. The chairs and desks appear modern and comfortable. The decor's blend of clean lines and comfort gives it a polished, inviting feel—great for filming. As we are a construction company we have a cabinet of marble, wood, flooring samples on the shelves.
