Slanted roof on main house, available for filming for scenes such as walking and lying down. Property has large front and back yard along with spooky woods. Two story pool house has winding staircase, 70s/80s look wood panel walls. Looks as though victims or deranged person could reside there. Pool is covered with no water. Due to renovations in pool house, which have been halted for now, floor is concrete and bottom 12 inches of walls have been cut out. Upstairs, no renovations are taking place. Everything in tact.
