Top-floor condo filming and photo location in Jersey City, just across the river from Manhattan, with a private rooftop deck, NYC skyline and Statue of Liberty views, 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, and natural light throughout. THE SPACE A modern 2024-built, 1,369 sq ft top-floor condo with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, large windows, and clean contemporary finishes. Three versatile rooms work as sets, hair and makeup, wardrobe, or crew staging. A spa-style bathroom and a home gym are also available for use. THE ROOFTOP A private rooftop deck of about 1,000 sq ft, reached by interior stairs, with wood decking, outdoor lounge and dining furniture, and a green foliage wall. The Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty are visible from the deck. Views are clearest from late fall through winter. In summer, nearby trees partially screen the view. POWER Standard 120V outlets are placed throughout the space, including a few floor outlets. GREAT FOR Photo and video shoots, commercials, brand and product content, lifestyle and fashion, interviews, and small-crew productions. LOAD-IN, PARKING AND ACCESS This is a walk-up unit with one exterior flight and one interior flight of stairs, and there is no elevator. Please plan for hand-carrying gear. Parking is street parking only. CREW SIZE Up to 30 people. Special use cases are welcome to ask and will be negotiated. HOUSE RULES - Low-noise environment: no loud music, amplified sound, or disruptive noise indoors or on the rooftop. The condo is not soundproof and sits in a shared two-unit residential building. - No indoor smoking. - No overnight bookings. - The garage is not included. INSURANCE All bookings require the guest to carry $1M event or production liability insurance naming the host and the property address as additional insured. The certificate is due at least 3 days before the booking start date.
