About the Space

This outdoor patio spaces allows up to 60 people to enjoy the rooftop patio for events. It's the first and only rooftop event space on South Gaylord Street! Access to a full indoor kitchen and the conference room tables will allow for additional meeting space! For sunny days the rooftop is equipped with a sunshade that will provide some cool shade for your guests.

    It is the perfect place to conduct a conference, hold a meeting, or simply get some work done. The furnishing and interior are modern and pleasant. The place frequently hosts evets and so provides a lot of networking opportunitites. If you are looking for a place to meet new people, make contacts, and get started with work, this is it!

    We love Park as it offers a spacious conference room with great facilities and accomodating staff members. The rooftop provides an ideal spot to soak in the sun and get fresh air during work breaks!

    I am totally in love with my work space here at Park. It is a beautiful space with aesthetic interior, and it gives off a very good vibe. The staff is polite and helpful. I get to interact with so many other people who have leased this space. This provides amazing networking opportunities. Overall, I am happy and would 100% recommend it!
