HOT DESK FLEX: $199 + tax it' s the most basic membership, and the cheapest. It includes: 1. UNLIMITED coffee and tea 2. UNLIMITED use of soundproof booths 3. 1 hour of Meeting Rooms booking p/month 4. Access from 9am to 5pm (no fob) 5. A $199 deposit that will be returned at the end of your Membership 6. No written notice is required before the contract end date to terminate or not renew the agreement HOT DESK PLUS: $249 + tax It includes: 1. UNLIMITED coffee and tea 2. UNLIMITED use of soundproof booths 3. 2 hours of Meeting Rooms booking p/month 4. External computer monitor provided (if needed) 4. Access from 8am to 6pm (building hours, no fob) 5. A $250 deposit that will be returned at the end of your Membership 6. 2 months written notice prior to the contract end date is required to terminate or not renew the agreement DEDICATED DESK FLEX: $299 + tax It includes: 1. UNLIMITED coffee and tea 2. UNLIMITED use of soundproof booths 3. 4 hours of Meeting Rooms booking p/month 4. External computer monitor provided (if needed) 5. UNLIMITED ACCESS from 8am to 6pm + weekends (FOB provided) 6. Access to BIKE STORAGE in the building basement 7. DESK FILE CABINET provided 8. A $300 deposit that will be returned at the end of your Membership 9. 2 months written notice prior to the contract end date is required to terminate or not renew the agreement
