This home is overlooking the Russian River in the quaint town of Guerneville (Sonoma, California) and has a private dock and upper level deck with amazing views of the river and surrounding Redwood trees. It was built in 1934 and maintains the charm and character of the period with wood paneled walls, some original hardwood floors (other floors are luxury vinyl) a commercial grade old-school bar in the Great Room and a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace in the living area. It's furnished with some unique pieces, including a hand-painted kayak and hand-painted surf board, along with some nautical and rustic pieces.
