Beautiful A-frame house steps away from a stones river bank and a beautiful river, 3 acres lot and a large outdoor deck overlooking the river. Access to river beach, river, garage, shed, house and land. **Please reach out to learn more about rates for outdoor areas only** Perfect for: weddings, private events, nature shoot, family photoshoot, water shoot, and more The outdoors: As you pull into the driveway you are welcomed by the amazing view of the river. There is a rock beach with a stone firepit and the river can be used for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. There is a small island right across and a smaller stream on the opposite side that has an magical feel to it. The yard is large that has different areas, including a downhill area to the river, a large flat area, a gazebo, and several trees. There is a small raised bed garden that usually has vegetables growing. There is a large garage and a wooden shed. The house: has been completely updated on the inside, with beautiful features such as top to bottom large windows, bright kitchen, industrial lights, and hardwood flooring. The house offers two bedrooms on the main floor, one kid bedroom and one bedroom with queen bed. The stairs lead you up to the master bedroom area, there there is an open area that overlooks the downstairs, this area has minimal furniture and can be used as desired. There is also a large master bathroom with a large bathtub and double sinks, there is a walk in closet on the opposite side of the hallway. *Depending on the project, some areas may be restricted.
