About the Space

The venue is a versatile event and production space in the RiNo district, suitable for professional photography and film shoots, intimate gatherings, and creative workshops. It features modern amenities, including a full kitchen and parking, making it ideal for events, meetings, and various social and professional functions. *Please note that the published rate is during business hours only. All nights and weekends rentals should be $225 per hour for a 4-hour minimum, weekdays are 2 hours. The total possibility for booking times would be from 8am to 10pm every day in either case.
