About the Space
UNREAL! This location has it all! You will find yourself coming back here over and over again! FULLY FURNISHED! When you drive up to this vintage multi home compound in the valley you will notice the curved drive to lush green foliage of trees, roses, and green grass. Walking up to the front door you will see just how unique this property is. The Dutch Doors are the first glimpse of the vaulted mid century ceilings with wood wainscoting throughout. The fireplace is stunning with a large live edge wood mantle. There are built in’s throughout that are one of a kind and jaw dropping. The large kitchen is also all custom with burnt orange tiled countertops. Large window and Dutch doors that peer out to the grand backyard that is fully private with lush greenery and privacy live fence and large pool and large covered patio for indoor outdoor look. BBQ with pergola. Counter space to showcase foods all outdoors. We have a beautiful luxury rose garden and exotic greenery in a massive backyard! There is a library room, two bedrooms, and 3 baths! There is also a detached 1000 sqft back house cabin. It is incredible! All wood design with vaulted ceilings and mid century his and hers bathroom. This two story vintage cabin can feel like it’s in the woods or in a luxury oasis. Epic built ins and desks with a camp like kitchen. Two walk in closets with attic space! Two garages, and a basketball hoop exteriors. You can be in 20 different environments in one lactation. We can facilitate large studio film shoots down to 5 person editorials. There is ample off street parking for 5 box trucks, moho’s, honey wagons, and crew parking. We provide on site rep who has 20 years experience as a production designer! So we got you! The spaces were great. A lot of places to get great content. The only thing I would say was that it was a little uncomfortable having the owners there cooking dinner while we were shooting. It was awkward and made us want to quit and hour and a half earlier than we had paid for. Other than that it was great. I feel like if you are paying for the space, you should have it until the shoot is up.

Such an amazing home with a lot of variation to shoot in. It was great working with the host and the location has so many lovely areas to create stories in.
