Retro Office Stage Location Perfect For Any Production or Meeting. 50 ft. Long, 35 ft. Wide 13ft ceiling 1,750 sqft. 3 floor to ceiling industrial windows with daylight exposure. All areas of the space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior). There are 6 outlets 20 amp single breaker and easy parking and load-in/load-out options. There will also be an on-site manager present during the booking. Standing set retro office location makes it easy for productions and meetings. Providing 2 hair & make-up stations and holding area. Free house power, parking and stage manager.
